Just Before the Memory

The best work so far. I think. :D

Newest

Usually I update a lot with new material. I upload stuff in scraps too so be sure to check that out. And the folders don't contain ALL of my deviations, they're just there to make things more organized. You'll have to look through my entire gallery for all of my work.

Video games much?

Did I upload something a long time ago or no? ...ah well, I'm too preoccupied with replaying FFX. btw, I accidentally replaced my old save file with the new save file I was SUPPOSED to save in ANOTHER slot. Guess I got pretty careless huh? Now I have to do ALL those sidequests again - that means trying to do that annoying Cactuar sidequest as well. x_x And I must get Anima again! Honestly, it's my favorite Aeon. It's so creepy. Haha.

I don't feel like doing a Christmas drawing. Just not in the mood this year. Though if I did, I'd probably use the characters from FFX because I'm starting to get obsessed with them all over again. But in the end, I'd probably end up drawing Jo because I'm so used to drawing him over and over. Hmm...I think I'll try to draw Yuna. >_>

  • Mood: Neutral
  • Listening to: FFX game music. xDD

I have been a self-taught artist for most of my life now and in high school I'll try to find classes for art. I've been into art since I was 3-4 years old. Important to start early if you wanna get good. By the way, I can mostly draw Anime-style but currently I'm trying a more "realistic" and progressive approach. As you know, my main fandoms at the moment are Castlevania and music. *obsesses over both too much* 8D

Hello, darling! It's been a while! Sorry for not commenting anymore, I'm full of things at school lately, and no time to dA :(
But today I was able to take a break and so I decided to check the death metal bands you suggested me ^_^

Mkayes, I checked out all the bands you suggested me: Dethklok, Crematory, Napalm Death, Immolation, Behemoth and Arch Enemy.
Nothing against it, but honestly, I didn't like Dethklok. The guy doesn't seem to "sing", it sounds like he is burping. xD (I heard two songs from them)
Crematory, the same thing. (checked out four songs)
Napalm Death, too. (three songs)
Immolation, saaaame thing. (four songs)
Behemoth, do I need to say something? (one song)
And Arch Enemy, same. (one song)
Honestly, all the bands and all the songs seemed to be exactly the same to me. Yeah. I realized Death Metal's not my type. I must stay with my calm and peaceful Love Metal xD
And with the j-music... I'm more of the "Melodic" Metal, I must say.
It was fun, though. I thought it would amuse me, but... no. I mean, their live performances couldn't be better, it's very, very good, but their music, really didn't amuse me.
But thank you for the suggestions anyway ^__^

If you are a devil forgemaster, then Trevor Belmont says that "this is the hour of your death!"
:iconthelivingdepths:
lol I didn't start out liking death metal RIGHT away. It takes a long time to get used to it. Plus, you gotta think morbidly and be grim...which I pull off with ease. D: You shouldn't really start out with something as heavy as death metal. Listen to some thrash or doom metal first and if you get bored of the bands from that genre, then you're ready for death metal. :XD:

:iconisacrissparda:
Oh, so my ears are still sensitive to it, I get it... oh well, I thought so xDD
I guess I can't easily "think morbidly and be grim", I'm such an "energetic ball of fluff" :XD:
Okay, I'll follow that advice, thankees ^__^

It's alright, I don't think you have to be that grim to listen to this music. In fact, one of my friends like it and she's perfectly normal as far as I know.
